How to create a Credit Note on Kiwibill?

What is a Credit Note?
A credit note is a document issued to a client, stating that a certain amount has been credited to the client's account.

Need to adjust/manage the payment received in advance from your customer in his future invoices? It’s very easy to keep a track of the credits received using our Credit Note feature.

Step 1: Login to your Kiwibill account.

Step 2: Go to Create -> Credit Notes

Step 3: Enter the required Client Information

Step 4: Save your document. It is a Draft, until you send it to the client.

Step 5: Once you send your credit note, or Mark it as Send, Payments will become available. Just add the Payment you would like to include in the Credit note.

Kiwibill will record the Credit Note and do all the calculations for your reports automatically. The credit note will appear under the Credit Notes section, and also under the Client's page.
