How to create a new Line Item in Kiwibill?
Line Items are the items that you include in your invoice. Kiwibill conveniently lets you create templates that you can use by simply selecting them from a drop down list. It will automatically populate all the fields according to your template.
You can easily create new Linet Items, which act as templates, by following the next steps:
Step 1: Login to your Kiwibill account
Step 2: Go to Create -> Line Item
Step 3: Enter the required Information
Step 4: Save your document
The new Line Item is now saved and it is available in the Dropdown list, when you create new Invoices.
Each Line Item contact has its own page which acts as a Dashboard for this specific Line Item, allowing insight on its the overall status.
You can also create a new Line Item on the fly, while creating an Invoice. All you need to do is just click on the cross, on the left of the Line Item list. A popup will be displayed prompting you to fill the necessary fields for the new Line Item. On Save, Kiwibill will automatically choose this Line Item for you to use in the new Invoice.
