Kiwibill's Free Tagging System lets you add keywords to Invoices, Expenses and Contacts. You can use tags to group together items that are related with each other. For example, you could use the tag Project A to group all the Invoices, Expenses and Contacts together, that are related to Project A.
You can use this to generate custom reports in the Detailed Report page, by filling in the tag in the Tags filter, and hit submit. Kiwibill will do the calculations for you and provide the balance, along with everything that is related to the tag. This is how you'll know exactly where you stand with Project A.
In addition, you can type the tag in the on-the-fly search filter in the Invoices, Expenses and Contacts pages to bring out content that is related to it.
